For the proximity of the Epomeo small villa, tastefully simple and comfortable, enjoys a cool climate even in the hottest summer days.

The municipality is composed of two villages, Serrara (capital) and Fontana, clinging to the slopes of Mount Epomeo about 400 m above sea level with only agricultural economy.
